Saros Series — The Flagship Line

The Saros series is Roborock's most recent robot vacuum range, and its defining characteristic is a slim body with no fixed LiDAR turret. The Saros 20 uses the StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 — industry-first dual-transmitter solid-state LiDAR with 3D Time-of-Flight sensing, running a QVGA ToF sensor with 21,600 sensor points at a sampling frequency 21× higher than LDS, with VertiBeam lateral obstacle avoidance for unfolded cables, irregular walls and furniture. The Saros 20 Sonic and Saros 20 Flow Complete use RetractSense LiDAR Navigation: a LiDAR module that stays raised for 360° scanning in open spaces and retracts to pass under low furniture. The result is a 7.98 cm profile on the Saros 20 and Saros 20 Sonic, and 8.98 cm on the Saros 20 Flow Complete, which lets the robot slide under bed frames, sofas and low TV consoles.

The current Singapore Saros line-up includes three models: the Saros 20, the Saros 20 Sonic and the Saros 20 Flow Complete. All three share 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction, 300+ recognised obstacle types, and an AdaptiLift chassis that crosses double-layer thresholds of 4.5 + 4.3 cm. They pair with the RockDock, whose functions vary by model: on the Saros 20 it washes the mops bi-directionally in water at up to 100°C (measured under standard atmospheric pressure), auto-empties the dustbin, auto-refills the water tank with warm water, dispenses detergent, dries with 55°C warm air, removes the mops automatically and fast-charges in 2.5 hours. The essential difference between the three is the mop: the Saros 20 and Saros 20 Sonic clean with mop pads — dual spinning and sonic-vibration respectively — while the Saros 20 Flow Complete is a roller-mop machine that washes the floor with a continuously rinsed roller.

Saros 20

The Saros 20 pairs 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction — the highest figure in the current SG robot range, shared across the Saros 20 models — with StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 and Dual Anti-Tangle brushes. It mops with dual spinning mops, and FlexiArm extends the mop and side brush for 100% edge and corner coverage. Its RockDock washes bi-directionally with water at up to 100°C, self-cleans the dock at 100°C, dries with 55°C warm air and removes the mops automatically. The robot is 7.98 cm tall (353×350 mm footprint, 5.05 kg), so it fits under most Singapore furniture; the dock is 381×475×488 mm. A variant is sold as the Saros 20 with Refill and Drainage System.

Saros 20 Sonic

The Saros 20 Sonic shares the Saros 20's 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction but swaps the dual spinning pads for a sonic vibration mop — 4,000 vibrations per minute with 1.75× boosted mopping pressure and a larger vibrating area for corners, with a mop head that extends to reach 0 mm along the edge. It navigates with RetractSense LiDAR Navigation, retracting its LiDAR module to pass under low furniture. Its dock washes with hot water at up to 100°C and dries the full dust path, dust bag included, with 55°C warm air. The Sonic suits delicate hard floors and detail work, where a vibrating pad is the better match than a rotating one. The robot is 7.98 cm tall (350×353 mm footprint) and the dock 440×409×470 mm.

Saros 20 Flow Complete

The Saros 20 Flow Complete is the roller-mop member of the family, and the one aimed most directly at tile and stone floors. Where the other two Saros models mop with pads, this is a different kind of machine: it uses the SpiraFlow 2.0 roller mop — a 270 mm high-density antibacterial roller that is rinsed as it turns, with an Automatic Roller Shield for true wet-dry separation — and lifts the roller up to 15 mm to keep carpet dry. The Edge-Adaptive Roller Mop extends up to 44 mm to mop close to edges, with 100% edge sweeping. After each mop wash the dock refills the onboard tank with warm water, so the robot mops with warm water rather than cold. The dock washes with hot water at up to 100℃ (99.99% bacteria removal under the manufacturer's stated test conditions, using 10% less water) and dries with 63°C warm air. Saros suits: Buyers who want the most automation Roborock offers, whose homes have varied flooring, low furniture, or floors that are rarely clear before a run.

Qrevo Series — Premium Automated Mopping Robots

The Qrevo series sits in the middle-to-upper portion of Roborock's robot vacuum range and is where dock mop washing begins. Every Qrevo robot comes with a dock that washes and dries the mops, and most refill automatically — so you are not rinsing pads by hand after each cycle. For hard-floor Singapore homes, that is usually the step that changes the daily routine most.

The Singapore Qrevo line-up covers two sub-families, and two models carry most of the weight. The Qrevo Edge series is led by the Qrevo Edge 2 Flow, the roller-mop model in the tier: SpiraFlow 2.0 pressurised real-time self-cleaning, a 270 mm high-density antibacterial roller, an Edge-Adaptive Roller Mop that extends up to 44 mm to mop close to edges, 35,000 Pa HyperForce suction, 280+ recognised obstacle types and 63°C warm-air drying, in an 8.98 cm body with RetractSense LiDAR Navigation. It is the model to read alongside the Saros 20 Flow Complete — the same roller-mop idea and slim profile, without the Saros model's warm-water mopping, 100°C hot-water mop washing and detergent dispensing. The Qrevo Edge 2 is the spinning-mop alternative in the same series: 25,000 Pa, a 7.98 cm body, and a dock that washes the mops with hot water at up to 80°C (water at the dock's dispensers under standard atmospheric pressure) plus 55°C warm-air drying. The core Qrevo series is led by the Qrevo S Pro — dual liftable spinning mops at up to 200 RPM, 10 mm mop lifting, 30 water-flow levels, Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance and a dock with up to 75°C high-temperature mop self-cleaning (75°C is measured at the internal heater output, not the mop) that dries with 45 °C warm air at a low 45 dB — with the Qrevo 2 Pro above it at 25,000 Pa.

Key Qrevo Differences to Know

The mopping architecture is the main divider. The Qrevo Edge 2 Flow uses a roller mop that rinses as it turns, which suits tile and stone, and its Edge-Adaptive Roller Mop extends up to 44 mm to mop close to edges. The Qrevo S Pro, Qrevo 2 Pro and Qrevo Edge 2 use dual spinning mops, which suit textured and durable floors. On the Qrevo 2 Pro, FlexiArm extends one pad outwards for 100% edge coverage.

Dock capability separates the tiers too, and it is worth reading per model rather than per series. The wording matters here, because the docks do not all wash the same way. The Qrevo S Pro and Qrevo 2 Pro use high-temperature mop self-cleaning rated up to 75°C — a figure measured at the internal heater output, not the mop — with 45 °C warm-air drying at a low 45 dB, which matters if the dock sits near a bedroom. The Qrevo Edge 2 washes with hot water at up to 80°C (water at the dock's dispensers under standard atmospheric pressure) with a self-cleaning module and 55°C drying. The Qrevo Edge 2 Flow uses pressurised self-cleaning with no stated wash temperature, and dries at 63°C. Obstacle avoidance also varies: Reactive Tech appears on the Qrevo S Pro. Anti-tangle brushes are not a differentiator — every Roborock robot in the Singapore range carries an anti-tangle brush system, so hair is handled at every tier.

Qrevo suits: Most Singapore households shopping for a primary robot vacuum. Homes with a mix of tile, vinyl and occasional area rugs will find the lifting dual-pad models practical, while kitchens prone to greasy splatter may prefer the rinsing roller on the Qrevo Edge 2 Flow.

Q Series — Reliable Everyday Cleaning

The Q Series is Roborock's entry robot vacuum range, and it is more capable than the word "entry" suggests. The current Singapore line-up is the Q7 Series, which uses PreciSense LiDAR navigation for room mapping and carries Dual Anti-Tangle brushes plus Alexa and Google Home support. The Q7 Pro Max(+) reaches up to 13,000 Pa HyperForce and the Q7 TF(+) runs 10,000 Pa.

The Q7 Series (the Q7 TF, Q7 Pro Max and their '+' auto-empty variants) delivers vacuum-and-mop performance in a straightforward package: it vacuums and mops simultaneously with three adjustable water-flow levels and a detachable mop, and the Dual Anti-Tangle brush handles hair without frequent manual intervention — a practical priority in Singapore households. The '+' variants pair with the larger auto-empty dock (212×178×259 mm); the standard variants use a compact charging dock (160×70×101 mm).

The key distinction between Q Series and Qrevo is the dock. Q Series models with a '+' suffix include an auto-empty dustbin dock, but they do not wash or dry mop pads — you rinse the pad yourself. That suits households where mopping happens a few times a week and a quick rinse is no burden. If you would rather hand the wash-and-dry step over entirely, the step up to Qrevo is the one to consider.

Q Series suits: First-time robot vacuum buyers, HDB households with straightforward tile or vinyl floors, and anyone who does not need dock mop washing.

F25 Series — Wet-and-Dry Floor Washers

The F25 is a fundamentally different product category from the robot vacuums above. It is a cordless wet-and-dry floor washer — you push it across the floor yourself, but it vacuums, washes, and dries in a single pass, and then self-cleans its own roller when docked. Think of it as a powered mop that also vacuums, rather than a robot vacuum that also mops. The two products are complementary, not competing: many Singapore households pair a robot vacuum for daily maintenance with an F25 for the deeper kitchen and bathroom cleans that benefit from directed human judgment.

F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 — the flagship, with steam

The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 is the flagship of the wet-and-dry range and the model most relevant to Singapore's tile and kitchen cleaning. Its VaporFlow 2.0 Turbo Steam runs at 180°C — a figure that refers to the steam temperature measured at the internal heater output, not at the steam outlet — and a pull of the trigger switches from Steam Mode to Turbo Steam Mode, releasing dense steam at 5,000 mg/min (2.5× the previous-generation F25 Ultra's stated 2,000 mg/min) to soften and lift stubborn messes and grease without chemicals. DirTect dirt sensing adjusts suction and water flow as it goes, with blue-light illumination to show missed dust.

After use, the F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 docks and self-washes its roller with steam and 95°C high-temperature self-washing — the 95°C is the hot-air temperature measured within the air duct, not the water — then fast-dries it in five minutes (or a 30-minute quiet dry at 45 dB) — exactly the step that matters for a roller left standing in Singapore's humidity. Runtime extends to 100 minutes in Auto mode with Eco suction, covering up to 780 m² per charge, and up to 30 minutes in Steam Mode. FlatReach 2.0 lies flat to 180° with a 12.5 cm body for cleaning under beds and sofas. The unit measures 265×250×1100 mm, or 316×353×1165 mm with the dock.

F25 Pro Turbo — the essential model

The F25 Pro Turbo is the core of the range: the same one-pass vacuum, wash and dry without steam or foam. It runs 25,000 Pa and 550 RPM, and holding the trigger activates Scrubbing Mode, which boosts water delivery, suction and roller speed for dried-on spills and heavy kitchen mess. It cleans 0 mm edge-to-edge, self-washes with 95 ℃ high-temperature self-washing (the 95 ℃ is the air-duct temperature, not the water) followed by five-minute fast drying, and runs 60 minutes on a charge for up to 460 sqm.

F25 ACE Pro — the foam model

The F25 ACE Pro is the foam machine. Its JetFoaming system turns 1 ml of Foam Cleaning Solution into 167 million ultra-dense microbubbles: press and hold the trigger and dense foam sprays from the front nozzle in an even layer over the stain, clinging to it and breaking it down before the roller lifts it — the approach for greasy steak drippings, pasta sauce, toilet-edge stains and sticky dining-area spills. It runs 25,000 Pa with 30 N downward pressure and 430 RPM, cleans to true 0 mm on three sides (front, left and right), and runs 95 °C intelligent high-temperature self-cleaning (95 °C is the hot-air outlet temperature, not the water) with the wash adapted to the dirt level. F25 suits: Households with a kitchen that produces real cooking mess — oily splatter, dried sauces, pet feeding areas — where a directed pass does more than a scheduled one. It also suits households that already run a robot vacuum for daily dust control and want a targeted tool for weekly deep cleaning of hard floors.

Which Roborock Suits You?

The right Roborock depends on what you are trying to solve, not on which spec number is largest. Here is a quick framework for Singapore homes specifically.

You have a standard 3- to 4-room HDB with tile throughout and no carpets. A Qrevo model with a mop-washing dock covers the routine that matters most in Singapore's climate. The Qrevo S Pro is the compact starting point; the Qrevo Edge 2 Flow or Qrevo Edge 2 add stronger suction, and the Edge 2 Flow's roller extends to mop close to edges.

You have a condo or 5-room HDB with a mix of floors — parquet in bedrooms, tile in kitchen, one or two area rugs.
